Believing Ikki to be the Phantom Renegade, a reporter decides to stalk him to uncover evidence. When that doesn't work, he decides to mimic the masked stranger in order to draw the truth from Ikki, but the real Phantom Renegade isn't too pleased that somebody is pretending to be him.
