Monogatari Series: Second Season

This anime is the second season of the Monogatari Series, split into two parts. It includes five story arcs—Tsubasa Tiger, Mayoi Jiangshi, Nadeko Medusa, Shinobu Time, and Hitagi End—adapted from the Nekomonogatari White, Kabukimonogatari, Otorimonogatari, Onimonogatari, and Koimonogatari novels. The events occur after summer vacation, following the resolution of previous supernatural incidents involving a bee and a phoenix. As Koyomi Araragi and others begin their new school term, they face new supernatural encounters that prove more challenging than before. The season features Tsubasa Hanekawa, Mayoi Hachikuji, Nadeko Sengoku, Shinobu Oshino, and Hitagi Senjougahara. Their stories explore themes of loneliness, personal confessions, and farewells. The TV version includes three recap episodes not present in the Blu-Ray release.
