Onee-chan Gokko

In a remote mountain village left behind by the rapid advancement of technology in urban centers, a middle school student named Akane Higure awaits the return of her older sister, Sui, who has been in the hospital for a year. Shortly after Sui comes home, Akane receives a phone call stating that the girl with her is not her sister. The village still holds to an old saying: misbehavior may bring a "Double."
