Arriving at the Dragon's Den in the Johto region once more, Liko, Roy, and Ult encounter Team Dragon Rampage once again and are happy to learn from them that the Black Rayquaza is doing much better now, and that they don't consider them to be bad guys, despite having found out about them being in the Rising Volt Tacklers.
