Popee the Performer

A circus located in the desert is the setting for a series of comedic episodes featuring a small group of characters. The episodes often begin with the characters rehearsing their acts but quickly shift into slapstick-style antics where they playfully sabotage one another. The main character, a clown wearing a red-striped outfit and bunny ears, is skilled in juggling, clowning, and producing knives and small explosives from nowhere. Despite his talents, he consistently fails in his attempts to harm his assistant or the circus owner. His troublemaking behavior serves as the central element of each episode.
