In 2035, a technologically advanced world is shaped by global government unity, network warfare, and a dominant multinational corporation. A 14-year-old boy, Kang Maru, excels at a simulation game called RESTOL and is selected by GEONOID, an organization responsible for disaster response, to pilot RESTOL 03. Alongside his team, he uses one of five RESTOL units to assist in disaster relief efforts. They encounter various obstacles, including a cyberattack on their orbital rescue platform, R-SAT.
