Ryuuseiki Gakusaver

A massive meteorite landed on Earth years ago, and a mysterious capsule, referred to as the "black box," was found to be of alien origin. An international group called "Project BB" was formed to study it. Eight boys, including Manabu Yoshimura, attend a school near the organization’s base. Their teacher, Toukichi Hashiba, offers class credit in exchange for their participation in an experiment involving the meteorite’s eight empty chambers. Hashiba believes the meteorite reacts to intense human thoughts. The students are instructed to imagine a powerful giant robot. As a result, a spaceship appears and a being named Wercury, from the Star of Prokimasi, demands the meteorite, warning of battle if refused. The meteorite reacts to the group’s thoughts and transforms into a giant robot. When attacked by a Prokimasi machine, the students struggle to synchronize their wills to control the robot, named Gakusaver. They must find a way to defend Earth and the meteorite from the invaders.
