Shin Sakura Taisen the Animation

In 1930, following the Great Demon War, the Flower Divisions of the Imperial, Paris, and New York Combat Revues are destroyed. With global peace restored and the revues' activities revealed, the World Combat Revue Organization is established, overseeing multiple international divisions and organizing a biennial tournament. A decade later in 1940, Captain Kamiyama Seijuurou leads the newly formed Imperial Combat Revue's Flower Division in Tokyo. The team includes Amamiya Sakura, a swordswoman and rookie; Shinonome Hatsuho, a shrine maiden and popular actress; Anastasia Palma, a Greek actress who recently transferred; Mochizuki Azami, a ninja prodigy from the Mochizuki clan; and Clarissa "Clarise" Snowflake, a noblewoman from Luxembourg. The group confronts a new demon threat and prepares for the tournament while working to maintain their base at the Imperial Theater.
