It's a new year. When Hayato goes to meet Azusa so that he can invite her to the Shinkalion drivers new years party, Seiryu is in the Uedas' house for some reason. It seems that he's living with the Ueda family now. Seeing this, Hayato invites Seiryu to the new years party.
