Taboo Tattoo

A young man skilled in martial arts named Seigi rescues an elderly homeless man from attackers. In return, the man gives him an object that leaves a tattoo on his palm. This tattoo is a unique weapon that grants supernatural abilities, including the power to manipulate space and time. He later encounters an American female agent named Ijii, who is tasked with retrieving the tattoos. Seigi agrees to assist her, becoming involved in an international conspiracy.
