Mr. Wolf is unhappy as the spring festival approaches because he cannot catch any sheep, his wife is expecting, and their castle has been destroyed, leaving them without a home. Meanwhile, a sheep returns from the moon with news about the sugar moon, prompting the sheep to travel there, followed by the wolves. Conflict arises as the wolves pursue them to the moon. The moon, once a candy-filled paradise home to the Moon fairy and her magical rabbit, faces a threat from the Lord of Bitterness, who seeks to ruin its joyful existence. The rabbit flees to Earth and asks for Pleasant Goat's help. He assembles a group of rescuers, including his rival Big Big Wolf, to restore peace on the moon.
