Roxanne, a class cleanliness representative, harbors secret feelings for Logan, the class's bad boy. She accidentally frees Baphalen, a celestial entity sealed in a painting as punishment. Baphalen, guardian of the incense urn of the Old Man Under the Moon, wields the Magic Lover's Staff and offers to help Roxanne win Logan's affection.
