In a near-future setting, traditional gang battles for territory have been replaced due to their inefficiency. Criminal groups now compete by hiring assassins to fight in a modern coliseum, wagering their land on the outcome. Bando Eiji, known as Gun Mania, is a top assassin for the Kuroyanagi group. Kusano Nonomura, a young man from the defunct Kusano organization, holds a grudge against Bando, the Kuroyanagi family, and the criminal underworld. Conflict and violence are imminent.
