A 10-year-old boy named Morgan was abandoned by his parents and, 20 years later, is burdened with their debt to the mob. Struggling financially, he agrees to be a test subject for Nguyen, a powerful figure in the criminal underworld who exploits society's outcasts, including nonhumans, as laborers, killers, or sex workers. After an experiment leaves Morgan with a mysterious device on his back and no memory, he is trapped in servitude. Lisa, a nonhuman and Nguyen's slave, devises an escape plan, but it goes awry, leaving the pair with an unexpected stowaway: a baby. With no combat skills or resources, Morgan and Lisa embark on a journey to secure their freedom, taking the child with them. Their adventure blends sci-fi elements with a heartfelt, unconventional family dynamic. The manga, created by Toryumon Takeda, was initially self-published online before being licensed and compiled into four volumes by Futabasha.
