Ookido Yuu is a very tall girl starting middle school, and her height has drawn attention from various sports clubs hoping she will join. Despite their interest, she is not good at sports. Her younger elementary school friend, Ken-chan, constantly encourages her to try kendo. However, she refuses because she has never beaten him in a match.
