Betterman

A virus called "Algernon" is causing widespread harm to humans. Akamatsu Industries, a covert group operating under the guise of a machinery plant in Tokyo, leads the response by deploying advanced weapons called NeuroNoids. These weapons are designed to counter the virus. An enigmatic individual referred to as "Betterman," a mutant, also contributes to these hidden operations.
