Cha-Hui is compelled to return to her hometown of Cheongna, the place she fled after high school. Confronted with her family's difficult financial situation and hardships, she struggles to cope. Her former boyfriend, U-Kyeong, who was hurt when she ended their relationship, continues to pursue her. Despite her past decision, he persistently shows interest, causing her emotional conflict. As she faces her past, Cha-Hui must deal with the painful memories of her first love, which she is ultimately forced to leave behind.
