Cupid no Itazura

A secretary named Jane has harbored feelings for her employer, a CEO named Charles, for three years. He instructs her to publish a personal ad in a magazine under the name "Holly Baskin," leading her to suspect it may refer to his former girlfriend. Before she can process the ad’s implications, a Cupid statue falls from the sky and strikes her, causing her to lose consciousness. Upon waking in the hospital, Jane cannot recall any information, regardless of questioning. Eventually, she regains a single memory: her name, which she now states as "Holly... Holly Baskin."
