Archangels and other celestial beings observe humanity from a realm above, determining its fate through a point system. Two angels, Chihaya and Kagetsuya, are assigned to work together while stationed on Earth, despite being on opposing teams. Chihaya stands out due to his black hair, eyes, and wings, and possesses exceptional power despite appearing naive. A mysterious affliction known as the Black Cancer begins affecting angels, causing physical decay and death. As tensions rise, Chihaya may hold the key to the survival or downfall of both Earth and the angelic world.
