Eomaia

A 13-year-old girl named Haru recently relocated to a neighborhood where the houses look alike at night. One evening, while shopping at a convenience store, she meets a classmate who chats with her and offers to help her avoid getting lost. Unexpectedly, they see an object resembling a meteorite crash into a reservoir, similar to one they had discussed watching on television. The following day, Haru notices something unusual about herself.
