A young man named Nishina Kazu lives in Esora, a city centered around a massive radio tower. Dissatisfied with the monotony of daily life, he records it with his video camera. While filming abandoned buildings, an explosion occurs, and a girl named Mamiru Ai appears. This event begins to shift the routine life he had longed to escape.
