Every 60 years, a tournament called "ETM 12" occurs in Akihabara, where girls compete to become a new Zodiac sign. Nya-tan, a catgirl, was deceived by a rodent and missed her chance to become an Eto-musume. To achieve this, a contestant must defeat the current 12 signs. However, their divine powers have made them unbeatable for 2000 years. Nya-tan's journey takes a new turn when she meets Amano Takeru.
