Casio and his younger sister Nokia are bounty hunters who use magical packets accessed through their mobile phones, activating them with the camera function to fight phantasms, enigmatic supernatural entities. Despite the high rewards for capturing these creatures, the cost of the magic packets and the damage caused during battles has left them unable to afford stable housing, relying on instant ramen for survival. Their situation shifts when they encounter Sony, a young and rich woman who becomes their financial backer without fully understanding their true identities or circumstances.
