Hakkenden

A vengeful spirit named Tamazusa places a curse on the Satomi clan, causing Princess Fushihime to become the bride of Hachibo, a dog. She gives birth to a child through its spirit and later takes her own life in disgrace. Her virtue, however, remains in the form of eight beads representing benevolence, righteousness, propriety, wisdom, loyalty, faith, filial piety, and love. These beads scatter and, over time, become connected to eight individuals known as the "Hakkenshi," leading to a coming disruption in the world.
