Harumachi Zakura no Mau Koro ni

A 17-year-old high school student named Akari is uncertain about her future. While traveling to school, she is struck by a car and, upon waking, discovers that the spirit of a deceased actress has taken residence within her. The actress seeks additional time to resolve unfinished matters in her life before finally passing away.
