Hatshepsut

A series of standalone stories. The first follows two sisters, Menou and Seshen, who are brought into the pharaoh’s household in 1511 B.C. Egypt due to their healing abilities. They meet Hatshepsut, the pharaoh’s androgynous daughter and future queen, who is believed to be a better ruler than her husband. Hatshepsut and Seshen form a close bond, causing tension with Menou. Another story explores Hatshepsut’s childhood, showing her transformation from a tomboy into a determined leader seeking the throne. Additional stories include Chimaera, Wadatsumi no Irokonomiya, and Sphinx.
