Hayate x Blade

Tenchi Academy is an all-girls boarding school renowned for both academic excellence and sword-fighting training, producing the nation's top fighters through its "Sword Bearer" program. Competitors vie in the school-wide Star Stealing tournament for money and prestige. Kurogane Hayate steps in to take her injured sister Nagi's place at the academy until she can return. Learning that her former orphanage, the Dandelion Garden, is in serious debt to Yakuza loan sharks, Hayate decides to join the Sword Bearer program and compete in the Star Stealing. The challenge is that she needs a partner to participate, and the girl she wants as her teammate refuses to work with her.
