Himitsu: Top Secret - season0

A prequel to a previously released series, this story centers on Maki Tsuyoshi and his close friend Suzuki Katsushiro during their time at college. Set in 2045, when MRI technology is still emerging, Maki has been living with his guardian, Sawamura Satoshi, since his parents died in a fire a decade earlier. Sawamura was badly injured saving him. Maki believes his parents were murdered but has only a vague memory of a symbol as a lead. He learns the symbol is linked to a secretive and influential group called Premium, based at Tokyo University. Maki enrolls at the university, hoping his academic achievements will gain him entry to Premium, but is not selected. Suzuki, more socially skilled, is accepted. Maki asks Suzuki for help in uncovering the truth, and the two begin an investigation. The series was on hiatus from August 2021 to October 2024.
