Hokuto no Ken: Jubaku no Machi

A nuclear war in the 21st century rendered much of Earth a desert and poisoned its water. Sanga, a powerful figure, controls a secure area called "Last Land" by restricting access to clean water. When nearby Freedom Village attempts to find their own water source, Sanga opposes them. His forces interfere with their efforts. Kenshiro, a skilled martial artist, becomes involved after rescuing Tobi, a spy working for Freedom Village.
