A 30-year-old man with no romantic experience aspires to become a shoujo manga artist. To better understand women, he joins a host club despite being awkward and unattractive. The manga draws from the author's real-life, shy, and non-drinking experiences as a host. It presents a comedic take on host club culture, claiming to be 50% true.
