Cheong-Myeong from the Mount Hua Sect wakes up a hundred years after a battle against Cheon-Ma, the leader of the Demonic Cult. The battle nearly destroyed the Ten Great Sects of ancient China until Cheong-Myeong defeated Cheon-Ma, after which he died from his injuries, regretting the victory. He now finds himself alive again, but discovers that the Mount Hua Sect has greatly declined. Determined, he sets out to revive the sect and restore its former strength.
