Isekai kara Kita Kimi to Tomo ni Sugosu Nichijou

An unemployed man named Eiichi Oribe finds a mysterious stone in a park. After picking it up, he wakes up atop a large tree holding a beautiful elf. He attempts to rescue her, but they fall and he blacks out. Upon waking in the hospital, Eiichi meets the elf Tia and a woman named Kurokawa, who identifies herself as a public security officer. He is then informed of a surprising truth, followed by an unexpected confession from Tia.
