Jisatsutou

A young Japanese man named Sei is sent to an isolated island known as Suicide Island following an unsuccessful suicide attempt. There, he is forced to either survive or find a way to end his life. The island is populated by individuals who have also struggled with suicidal thoughts, and as societal support for them diminishes, they are left to deal with their inner turmoil and conflicts. The characters often struggle with their mental states and clash with one another, making the island a place of tension and instability.
