Ichijou Seiya is a young talent who manages the Teiai underground casino and designed the notorious pachinko machine "The Bog." Prior to his deadly confrontation with Itou Kaiji, he experienced a phase of uncertainty and inactivity. The narrative takes place in Ooyama, Itabashi, Tokyo, a place described as a "bog" that has consumed the aspirations and struggles of youth.
