Kanon: Honto no Omoi wa Egao no Mukougawa ni

The manga was adapted from an earlier visual novel and illustrated by Kensha Shimotsuki. Its first compiled volume, released in Japan on April 1, 2007, centered on Nayuki's storyline. The second volume contains four chapters, each dedicated to a different female character not featured in the first volume. The chapters vary in length, beginning with a thirty-eight-page segment about Makoto, followed by eighteen pages on Mai, twenty pages on Shiori, and ending with a forty-eight-page section on Ayu.
