Karakuri Kiden: Hiwou Senki

Eight years ago, Western Civilization arrived in 19th century Japan, introducing mechanized dolls and steam-powered technology. A group known as the Wind Gang uses these innovations to push for a new Industrial Era through force. They attack a peaceful village where a young doll user named Hiwou lives. During the assault, Hiwou and his friends flee with a large doll named Homura. Hiwou is determined to locate his father, hoping he can assist in defeating the Wind Gang and restoring peace to Japan.
