Yumeko is a high school girl who lives in a dilapidated, sparsely inhabited apartment complex with her family. The building is managed by Kokage-kun, a reclusive individual who resides on the rooftop and is secretly a witch. Yumeko frequently requests that Kokage-kun use his magical abilities to fulfill her self-centered desires. One instance occurs when a popular upperclassman at her school, who is the object of her affection, suddenly takes notice of her and invites her on a date.
