Naomi is a pilot who takes on a role as an operative for a covert global force after being sentenced for unintentionally shooting down a civilian aircraft. Struggling with guilt, she would have accepted prison if not for a family member relying on her income from flying missions in a red-painted MiG-29. Her missions lead her to various locations worldwide, and her skill in combat earns her the nickname "Red Prowling Devil." She becomes a well-known figure, pursued by enemy pilots from different air forces and by terrorist groups.
