LUNA: Ookami Shoujo Luna

A famous celebrity named Oguri Ryu forms a close bond with his pet wolf, Luna, both publicly and privately. After a decade together, while observing the full moon, Luna transforms into a girl, startling Ryu. To conceal her true nature, Ryu keeps her as a stylist.
