Magetsukan Kitan

A recent university graduate moves to the city in search of affordable housing and employment. Limited by a small budget, he discovers an apartment renting for just 9800 yen per month. After meeting the attractive and youthful landlady, he agrees to the deal without hesitation. However, he soon learns that the building is inhabited by vampires, zombies, snow women, werewolves, and other supernatural beings. The story blends elements of romance, comedy, and ecchi, leaning toward explicit content.
