Tamaki discovers a strange knife that transforms any surface it cuts into a hook and loop fastener. While experimenting with it, he accidentally cuts himself, and the knife's unusual effect causes his arm to become a hook and loop surface. Panicked, he and his friend Fukuyan attempt to reattach his arm, but their efforts lead to unexpected complications.
