Mahou Shoujo Ikusei Keikaku

A group of young women, including characters inspired by Snow White and La Pucelle, are selected to become magical girls tasked with protecting N City. However, the Magical Girl Raising Project Management Office announces that there are too many participants. To address this, they decide to reduce the number of magical girls by half. The remaining girls are informed that being "retired" means they will die. The story follows the consequences of this sudden and deadly decision.
