Makoto-chan

A kindergarten-aged boy named Makoto Sawada and his family experience various humorous and unconventional situations. The series includes toilet humor and references to adult themes, with Makoto occasionally wearing his mother's and sister's clothes and frequently depicted with a long piece of mucus hanging from his nose. Several celebrities, including Keisuke Kuwata, Naoko Ken, Momoe Yamaguchi, Iruka, and members of the Bay City Rollers, appear in the show. One episode features Elvis Presley as a main character, despite his death in 1977 during the series' run.
