A woman gives birth to a child that rapidly matures into an adult within minutes, leaving its identity unknown. In Tibet, monks detect the arrival of a being called Kai, who is seen as a danger to the vessel of their deity, Omega. Seeking to understand human desires, Kai journeys to Tokyo.
