Onshitsu

Jose attends a boarding school and spends the summer in a countryside home with his father and stepbrother, Lange, a blond boy. Their parents are away on a honeymoon. Near the house is an old greenhouse filled with dead rose plants. Jose develops feelings for Lange, but a spirit residing in the greenhouse is also drawn to him and seeks to claim Lange exclusively.
