Peigenz

In the early 2000s, a surge in genetic mutations results in some people being born with unique abilities. These individuals face rejection from society, often leading to a life of crime due to their exclusion. The government collaborates with a covert group of bounty hunters called Peigenz to capture them. Peigenz consists of highly skilled and trained mutated individuals. Jay Berell is a typical high school student who becomes involved after witnessing a confrontation between Peigenz and a dangerous criminal. During the conflict, she is caught in the middle, which activates her own hidden mutant powers. This event leads to her being recruited into the Peigenz organization.
