Phantom: Phantom of Inferno

In a setting where organized crime and frequent assassinations dominate American streets, a powerful entity known as Inferno operates largely through a nearly unstoppable weapon called "Phantom." A Japanese tourist stumbles upon Phantom committing a murder and attempts to flee by hiding in an isolated location. Phantom, identified as a young woman named Ein, and the organization's leader, "Scythe Master," capture the tourist and erase his memories, rebranding him as "Zwei." Stripped of his past and forced into a life of manipulation and danger, Zwei struggles to survive within a hostile environment, seeking to reclaim his lost identity and escape a fate of perpetual peril.
