Piyo Piyo Angel

Yukito, an angel, is sent to Earth as punishment for poor academic performance. His task is to bestow angelic abilities on a human, but he mistakenly gives them to Hiyoko, a cheerful and unintelligent classmate. She harbors affection for him, which he finds repulsive.
