Renai 0 Kilometer: Moshimo no wo Hanashi

A mother with five daughters lives in one house, all hoping for a brother. Their neighbors are a father with four sons who have longed for a daughter. The two parents devise a plan to exchange one child for three months. The selected boy moves into the home with the five daughters, where his first task is to earn the title "Onii-chan" from them. He begins his new life in this family.
