Ryuugajou Nanana no Maizoukin: The Animation

A man-made island called Nanaejima is home to mostly high school students and features advanced research facilities available to them. Juugo Yama was sent there against his will to attend school. Unable to afford much, he rents the cheapest apartment, which turns out to be haunted by Nanana, a girl who was killed there. With no other options, he must live with her ghost and join his classmates in treasure hunts to help free her spirit.
